DESCRIPTION:In this A2i-talk\, Dr. Andrew Temu will present insights to the trends of finance for the agriculture sector in East Africa in general and a deep-dive into Tanzania. Dr. Andrew has been chairman and member of the board of directors of several finance institutions. Based on these experiences\, he will shed light on the challenges posed by monetary policies and banks operations in the region as faced by many local enterprises/producers\, who are unable to secure capital for investments in their agri-business.
