Confederation of Danish Industry

With more than 10,000 member companies within the manufacturing, trade and service industry, the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) is the voice of corporate Denmark, aiming to provide the best conditions possible for Danish business in improving growth and competitiveness. This is carried out through policy advocacy, membership consultancy services and networking activities.
With the increasing recognition of global challenges and opportunities for Danish businesses, DI is proactive in meeting tomorrow’s needs. Through Access2Innovation, DI naturally builds on existing commercial support activities within export-orientation towards developing countries. This includes its BoP Learning Lab, a networking facility focusing on sustainable business opportunities to enter the so-called ‘Base of the Pyramid’, markets made up by the poorest and underserved people; primarily in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
The Confederation of Danish Industry has been part of the access2innovation network since the beginning in 2007.
