Possibilities in Tanzania

Access2innovation is presently visiting Tanzania.
Focusing on the MS ActionAid training centres in Dar and Arusha, access2innovation and partnertship company AquaPlanning are identifying water and sanitation challenges.
The Danish company AquaPlanning has spent some time in Tanzania already and is working on a solution for a school whose water supply gets flooded by sewer water during the rainy season. AquaPlanning is currently testing a solution on site.
Furthermore, Ivan Harry of access2innovation will be gathering useful information for further projects concerning diesel generators that may be substituted by sustainable energy solutions.
Diesel generators are common, but extremely polluting, noisy and expensive.

On the left a diesel generator of considerable size. Maybe not quite ready to be substituted by a sustainable energy solution yet - but definitely ready for a greener supplement.
